Grane Rx offers great benefits: Competitive Salary Medical, Vision, and Dental Flexible Spending and Health Savings Account Life insurance, and Long-and Short-term disability Paid Time Off 401K plan Responsibilities Responsible in providing day to day operational services Ability to work flexible hours, which may include evening, weekends, and holidays Process new and refill patient prescription orders, preparation, and dispense medications Work closely with Pharmacy Technicians and Order Entry Technicians in the preparation and dispensing of medications Proficient in clinical interpretation; drug-drug, drug-disease, drug-food interaction and allergies Performs accurately and efficiently when dispensing medications Communicates with prescribers and other health care provider Ensures safety practices and procedures are followed Assist in the enforcement of all company and departmental policies and procedures Ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations related to pharmacy practices Customer-Centered and strives to exceed customer expectations Qualifications B.S. or PharmD Degree in Pharmacy Must have current Pharmacist Licensure in PA in good standing 1+ year's recent experience in long term care (preferred), retail, or hospital pharmacy Experience and knowledge base of intravenous admixtures services preferred Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with English as the primary language Must have strong customer service skills, time management skills, and ability to problem solve Over 30 years Grane Rx has been an industry leader, revolutionizing long-term care pharmacy solutions and services.
