Additional increase if you are a certified phlebotomist.Key Responsibilities:Patient Support: Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.Data Entry: Maintain accurate patient records in our electronic health records (EHR) system.Room Preparation: Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations.Medication Administration: Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers.Lab Tests: Perform basic laboratory tests.Patient Education: Provide patient education and support.Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and timely patient records.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.What We Are Looking For:High school diploma, or equivalent, and a valid driver's license are required.Phlebotomy certification is a plus.Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) or a CNA license is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred.Two year's previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably in an FQHC or similar environment is preferred.Perks & Benefits:Competitive salary reassessed annuallyMA career pathway to help further skills within this fieldChoose your coverage benefits packageHealth (2 medical plans that are $0 cost to the employee), dental, and vision insurance options100% discounted medical health care for employee and 50% for family members (spouse and dependents)No nights or weekends for great work-life balancePaid time off, extended illness, and holidaysRetirement plan.
