Senior Cloud Platform Engineer

Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of cloud infrastructure experience
- 7+ years of Azure platform engineering expertise
- Proven experience delivering enterprise Azure Landing Zones and cloud transformations
- Deep knowledge of Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, networking, security, and cloud governance
- Experience leading platform reliability, disaster recovery, and operational excellence initiatives
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence technical direction across teams
Leadership & People Skills
- Strong communicator who can present complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
- Proactive, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
- Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Passion for mentoring others and raising engineering standards
- Continuous learner with a drive to stay ahead of emerging cloud and AI technologies
Nice to have skills
- AWS or Google Cloud Platform experience
- Multi-cloud Infrastructure as Code and identity federation
- FinOps, cloud cost optimization, and observability platforms such as Dynatrace or Datadog
Certifications
- AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400, AZ-700
- Terraform Associate or Professional
- FinOps Practitioner / FinOps Certified Engineer
- AWS or GCP certifications.
