ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency on 1/1/2026 and weve already built a strong team of five who are excited about growing together. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member and also gained experience in retirement services and leadership which shaped my passion for helping people plan ahead, protect what matters, and feel confident about their future.

I have a degree in Education and Im also a proud parent of eight, so supporting families and building a positive, encouraging environment comes naturally. Giving back is important to our agency as well, and we love staying connected to the community by supporting local schools.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tonya Springer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
