Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide expert guidance on available models and financing options. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Colonial Chevrolet product lineup and promotions. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Negotiate and close sales deals while meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless buying experience. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions. Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
