Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active state licensure or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience providing SLP services in schools or pediatric settings is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to work well with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
• Proficient in evaluation, therapeutic intervention, documentation, and progress monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students on caseload
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student needs
• Provide direct therapy sessions and support across a spectrum of communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals in the school environment
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive educational setting
