Quality Systems Engineer

Title: Quality Systems Engineer

Location: Garden Grove, CA
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Analyze nonconformances, scrap, rework, and process capability.
Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Use 5 Why, Fishbone, DMAIC, and other problem-solving tools.
Drive continuous improvement and maintain quality documentation.

Qualifications:

Experience as a Quality Engineer in a machining/manufacturing environment.
Aerospace industry experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of Control Plans, RCA, CAPA, process capability, and continuous improvement.
CNC machining and AS9100/ISO experience is a plus.
