Social Media Manager

Working model: On-site / hybrid depending on location The Opportunity We’re working with a fast-growing, venture-backed AI company transforming the insurance industry . The business is building a category-defining AI platform designed specifically for insurance, helping insurers, brokers, MGAs and other insurance organisations automate complex, traditionally manual workflows and make faster, better decisions. We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Lead to take ownership of the company’s social presence and help build its voice as the category develops. This is a highly hands-on role. You’ll work closely with the founders and marketing leadership, owning everything from content strategy and ideation through to creation, publishing, community engagement and performance analysis. If you can turn complex AI, technology and insurance concepts into content people actually want to consume, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do Own the social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, YouTube and other relevant channels Plan, write, create, schedule and publish high-quality content Work closely with founders and marketing leadership on campaigns, product launches, events and thought leadership Turn complex AI and insurance concepts into simple, compelling stories Create and edit short-form video content, including YouTube Shorts Develop creative formats, hooks, scripts and new content angles Monitor competitors, industry trends and emerging social formats Build and engage the company's online community Track performance and use data to continually improve reach and engagement Support paid social campaigns with creative concepts and content What We're Looking For 3–7+ years' experience across social media, content creation or digital marketing Experience working in an early-stage startup, ideally Series A–D B2B SaaS, AI or insurance/insurtech experience is highly desirable Exceptional writing ability — concise, sharp, human and engaging Strong storytelling skills and the ability to simplify complex subjects Strong creative and visual instincts Hands-on experience with short-form video Comfortable using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma Analytical mindset with a focus on what actually drives results Comfortable working with ambiguity, moving quickly and responding to feedback Someone who prefers creating and executing rather than managing agencies The Company You’ll be joining a highly ambitious AI business backed by some of the world's leading technology investors.
