Cardiology - Interventional Physician

Update changing this to a December start and removing the licensing requirement.

SCHEDULE

• Coverage Type: Inpatient
• Schedule Type: Hospital onsite, Clinic and Call
• Call Type: Weeknight Beeper and 24 Hour Weekend Beeper Call
• Dates of Need: we need 1 week a month of coverage at least (looking at 2 providers to help with gap coverage)
• Lunch N/A
• Provider Min # Shifts Required: 7 shifts a month
• Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8
• Hours Worked for OT to apply: 9 hours per day
• Rates to be Filled Out on Bid: Clinic and Call: Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday, Night Call, 24 Hour Call, Call-Back.

CREDENTIALING

• Current CV (must be uploaded to bid)
• License: Active / Unlicensed (willing to obtain OR license)
• DEA Required: Yes
• Boards: BC only
• Skills/Certs: BLS, ACLS

Providers will be contacted by the lead physician by phone for a screening, they will then be scheduled for a teams interview with the other team members for review. Please provide their availability in the next two weeks to go through this interview process.
