Overview We are partnered with a wholesale distribution firm who is seeking an operations manager for their Tampa Bay, FL Branch. Our client is rapidly growing and is seeking a motivated individual to lead the Tampa team. This is a full‑time direct hire position and my client is motivated to hire. Salary: $85K plus $20K annual bonus Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse operations leadership with experience also managing drivers. Shipping/receiving management experience – strong inventory management experience. Ability to be customer facing – manage a team of 7+ associates. WMS experience is a plus. DMSI experience is a plus.
