This individual will serve as the primary support resource for a large global SAP Concur environment, acting as the first point of contact for travel and expense related issues while partnering closely with business users, leadership teams, and technical resources. This is not a traditional help desk role. The ideal candidate will have a consultative, business-focused approach, enjoy working directly with stakeholders, and take ownership of issues from start to finish.
