Seasonal Producer Workflow Support Specialist (REHIRES)

Seasonal Producer Workflow Support Specialist (REHIRES) Mount Laurel, NJ Overview / Objective Responsible for end-to-end delivery of all projects and media to online edit rooms and audio mix suites. This position will provide support to all producers at NFL Films, with regards to their output and technical needs with Avid Media Composer. They will work in conjunction with the Engineering and Media Administration department to administer standard operating procedures to the system operators. Generate and distribute review links and approval reels for Avid sequences and stakeholders via Frame.io. They will troubleshoot sequences, media and have advanced knowledge of editing systems and the post workflow process. They will work directly with timelines to resolve problems, not just flag them. They will restore all online media needed before conform, researching when needed, and be able work on sequences in Adobe Premiere and DaVinci Resolve. Responsibilities Export all files, including AAF, QuickTime, MXF, OTIO and EDL, for end-to-end project delivery and online edit Create and process files for streaming links, and delivery. Troubleshoot, document and track technical issues with Avid environment and communicate with Post-Production Engineering Restore all online media associated with projects being delivered Assist producers with Media Composer and Interplay issues and questions Help advise producers with project organization and shared project workflows between multiple operators Work closely with Engineering to ensure the overall health and longevity of the system Organize projects and folder structures for scheduling and editors Proactively deliver sequences for media restore prior to scheduled online session Research media to be restored within our MAM environment Master both our MAM and PAM environments for workflow research Assist with social media deliveries and postings Work with producers for delivery of approval reels along with putting reservations on restricted media Carefully reorganize and “prep” Avid sequences, tracks and change timecodes before post Implement SOP for delivery of all shows from offline edit rooms to online edit rooms Assist Engineering with hardware and software upgrades Assist engineering with the virtual machine environment Generate and distribute Frame.io links and approval reels, and manage Frame.io projects Required Qualifications 4 year college degree 2 years of professional experience working with Avid Media Composer, Premiere and/or Resolve Strong technical and troubleshooting skills Preferred Qualifications Preferred experience in an Assistant Editing or Media Management role Other Key Attributes / Characteristics Strong technical and troubleshooting skills Works well with others Patience with less technical operators Communicates well over email and in person Multi-Tasking skills and great attention to detail Physical Demands N/A Travel N/A Terms / Expected Hours of Work Seasonal, 7-month role 40 hrs + OT when required Holidays may be required #J-18808-Ljbffr Third Party
