You’ll work directly with hospital leadership and doctors who are actively involved in the day-to-day floor, not hidden in an office somewhere. This is a great fit for someone who: Likes being trusted and given autonomy Enjoys mentoring less experienced staff Wants to continue developing surgical and technical skills Is tired of toxic hospital culture or constant drama Wants a team that works hard but genuinely supports each other What We Need You To Be Comfortable With Ideally: Venipuncture IV catheter placement Patient restraint and handling Anesthesia monitoring Dental radiographs Laboratory sample collection/processing Client communication General hospital flow in a busy practice environment Credentialed technicians are strongly encouraged to apply, but experienced non-credentialed technicians are absolutely welcome.
