Real Estate Administrative Assistant – Full time

The Dean Tubekis Team at Coldwell Banker is one of the most successful real estate teams in the northwest suburbs. We are seeking an administrative assistant with a positive, can do attitude! Apply your real estate experience, attention to detail, data entry skills, ability and desire to learn, providing our team and clients with outstanding customer service. A variety of effective communications skills are required, including written, phone, and in-person.

Some responsibilities include:

· While this is primarily an office-based position, there will be some time away from the office for photography appointments, gathering information from clients for MLS, delivering brochures, keys, lockboxes, etc.

· Occasionally prepare listing documents using relevant real estate software programs.

· Transaction coordination from contract through closing, using our software system to track all tasks and deadlines. This requires interaction with brokers, attorneys, lenders, and clients.

Qualifications:

· Computer literate, with experience with Microsoft PC based programs and some customer relationship management software.

· Dependable, detail oriented, flexible, trustworthy and dedicated to providing superior customer service.
