We're looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join us and bring warmth, efficiency, and energy to our front desk.What You'll DoGreet clients with warmth and professionalism, in person and on the phoneSchedule appointments and help manage daily workflowAnswer questions and provide clear, compassionate client educationMaintain accurate records and update patient filesSupport the veterinary team with communication and coordinationProcess payments and check clients in and outHelp ensure a calm, organized, and welcoming lobby experienceWhat We're Looking For1-2 years of experience in a veterinary setting preferred.
