About The Position The incumbent will train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of survey technicians, ensuring effective team coordination. Core responsibilities include: Develop and deliver training programs for field personnel. Mentor technicians on advanced surveying techniques and safety standards. Assess performance and provide constructive feedback. Qualified candidates will demonstrate strong communication, problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. A deep understanding of advanced surveying technology and substantial field experience are essential. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 3‑5 years of surveying experience, including leadership or supervisory experience. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Experience in construction staking, boundary, topo, and related tasks. Familiarity with Trimble software and equipment. Valid driver’s license with at least five years of clean driving record. Willingness to travel 50%–100% of the time.
