Monarch Athletic Club Position: STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH Join our multi-disciplinary team of medical and fitness professionals in an intimate, collaborative learning environment as we strive to redefine how health and wellness is delivered. ________________________________________________________________________________ Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Human Performance, or related program Possess a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification At least (3) years of experience working in personal training, collegiate athletic performance, or professional strength & conditioning Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree in Kinesiology-related field Experience in collegiate athletics or high performance sport Experience working with general population Experience training around pain and injury Responsibilities: Execute up to (35) training sessions per week Utilize the TrueCoach programming platform Construct individualized training programs for 10+ Monarch members Collaborate and cooperate with the Monarch Medical and Physical Therapy departments ________________________________________________________________________________ Monarch Athletic Club is located in West Hollywood, CA Job Type: Full-time Starting Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
