Equine Veterinarian

SmartEQ is an innovative, privately-owned ambulatory veterinary practice with a focus on equine sports medicine and reproduction. We are based in Saratoga Springs, New York, USA. Our practice works with Thoroughbreds, Standardbreds, and other performance horses, as well as pleasure horses and pets. We have a well established, fantastic client base in the surrounding area of New York, Vermont and Massachusetts. We are experienced professionals who take pride in practicing the highest quality and most up‑to‑date veterinary medicine and surgery, and in bringing hospital‑level care to our clients’ own barns. Reproduction Associate / Theriogenologist We serve several large Thoroughbred breeding farms as well as boutique breeders. We can provide training to boost your existing proficiency with routine husbandry techniques including pre‑ and post‑foaling care, neonatology, pregnancy checks and reproductive treatments. An interest in advanced reproduction techniques would be welcome. Equine Associate Veterinarian We are also hiring an additional Associate to serve our clientele with race, show, and pleasure horses for a wide variety of wellness, lameness, medical and surgical care. We are very well equipped with up‑to‑date diagnostic and treatment modalities. This is an opportunity to pursue your chosen specialty within our practice.
