Sr. Field Inventory Specialist

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Senior Field Inventory Specialist in Englewood, Colorado to manage inventory audits, track transactions, and maintain accurate field stock levels. The role involves conducting physical audits, analyzing inventory metrics, and collaborating with sales and operations teams to ensure efficient inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory transactions and audit packets, ensuring accuracy within one week of audits
• Conduct bi-annual physical audits of field inventory and annual audits of kitted inventory
• Compile and analyze monthly/quarterly inventory metrics and performance reports
• Coordinate with Sales Operations, hospital personnel, and internal teams on field inventory needs
• Monitor biologic product expiration and initiate returns or replacements as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in inventory management
• 3+ years of general office or field inventory management experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Analytical ability to identify issues and propose solutions
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system (preferred)
