Overview Manager of Product Management for the Pulse BOSS (Back Office, Settlements, and Security) product, responsible for improving and scaling the foundational engine powering Capital One’s debit network ecosystem. The role directly influences the core infrastructure that handles back‑office processes, settlement flows, and fraud prevention, minimizing transaction friction and maximizing operational reliability for issuers. The Team Pulse BOSS product managers improve and scale the foundational engine powering Capital One’s debit network ecosystem. Key responsibilities include modernizing end‑to‑end issuer disputes, automating onboarding, delivering high‑scale data analytics dashboards, clearing transactions, processing interchange flows, and building fraud scoring systems to protect customers from fraud.
