Evaluation-to-Hire (Temp-to-Hire)

Whether you're an experienced Metal Fabricator or have hands-on manufacturing or skilled trade experience and are ready to learn a new craft, we'd love to hear from you.

Who We're Looking For

Handy with tools and mechanically inclined
Interested in building a career in metal fabrication
Able to read a tape measure and work with precision
Able to lift 50+ lbs. and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Safety-minded with pride in producing quality work
Dependable, accountable, and known for a strong work ethic

Candidates with experience in manufacturing, construction, welding, fabrication, machine operation, press brakes, assembly, maintenance, mechanics, or other skilled trades are encouraged to apply!
