Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrator to join our team, fully onsite near Doral, FL.
Duties
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Conduct thorough document reviews to identify potential risks and ensure clarity in contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for contract development and execution.
- Manage vendor relationships through effective vendor management practices.
- Maintain organized records of all contracts and related documentation for easy retrieval and reference.
Skills
- Proven experience as a contract administrator, 3 years of experience is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
