Legal Policy Specialist, YouTube

Process removal requests efficiently and accurately, including privacy issues, defamation issues, court orders, law enforcement requests and requests from government agencies.Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding YouTube's legal removals processes.Work within a team to identify and improve processes, operational quality and scalability.Assist in developing internal and external educational materials, and in designing new workflows to support the strategic directions of the business.Review graphic, controversial and sometimes offensive video content.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.Experience in content moderation, law, policy, operations, or related fields.Preferred qualifications:Experience working with internet technologies and related policy and regulatory environments.Experience in content moderation.Experience in support operations.Experience with SQL and spreadsheets.Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.YouTube Legal Operations is dedicated to ensure that YouTube is a place for users, viewers, and creators around the world to create, and express themselves.
