As a Front of House (FOH) team member, you'll play a key role in ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a great experience. What You'll Do As a Front of House team member, you'll be the face of Joanie's Public Square! Your responsibilities will include: Greeting guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Taking orders accurately and efficiently. Ensuring a clean and organized dining area. Assisting with customer inquiries and resolving any concerns promptly. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Making drinks and sharpening your barista skills. What We're Looking For No prior experience? No problem! At Joanie's Public Square, we're looking for individuals who are: Friendly, approachable, and enjoy working with people. Team-oriented and eager to contribute to a positive work environment. Dependable and able to handle a fast-paced setting with ease. Excellent communicators with strong attention to detail. Must be able to work BOTH weekend days, as well as one or two nights during the week. This is for a PART-TIME position only, great for students! Why Join Our Team?
