Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA. Active Georgia Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment. BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC. Outpatient physical therapy experience required, including evaluation, plan of care development, and progression toward discharge. Experience with documentation of evaluations, goal writing, functional assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in outpatient clinic systems. Ability to provide patient and family education, supervise students, and participate in professional development activities. Maintain professional licensure and comply with state practice act and regulatory requirements.
