QA Testing Analyst

Responsibilities Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to create and execute manual and automated test cases. Develop, maintain, and execute functional, integration, regression, and end‑to‑end test suites. Design and maintain automated tests using approved testing frameworks and tools. Perform API, database, and user interface testing to validate application functionality and data integrity. Identify, document, track, and verify resolution of software defects while providing clear status updates. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and fellow QA team members throughout the Agile development lifecycle. Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives. Validate releases in test and production environments, including post‑deployment verification activities. Support quality, accessibility, security, and compliance standards while contributing to continuous process improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a technology‑related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience 3 years’ experience of software testing experience, including manual and automated 1 year experience in mobile testing using mobile browsers and apps 3 years’ experience creating and executing test cases from business requirements and user stories 3 years’ experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and writing SQL queries Understanding of Agile software development methodologies Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in software testing, including manual and automated testing, with a strong focus on Agile methodologies and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
