Lead IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis for large-scale, complex technology initiatives and process improvements
- Partner with business and IT leadership to evaluate solutions and recommend strategic approaches
- Conduct requirements discovery through stakeholder interviews and workshops, translating needs into specifications
- Analyze current-state processes and workflows to identify gaps and define future-state solutions
- Manage requirements traceability, prioritization, and scope throughout project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years business analysis and business systems analysis experience
- 8+ years translating complex business and technical requirements into technology solutions
- 8+ years supporting enterprise-scale technology implementations and modernization initiatives
- 8+ years leading business analysis for complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Experience with requirements management across full project lifecycle
- Proficiency mentoring and developing business analysts
