Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support physical therapy services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will carry out treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, functional mobility, and balance training to improve safety and independence. You’ll document patient progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families.
