Position: LicensedCustomsBrokerLocation:ValleyStream,NY Company/Industry:Well-establishedfreightforwarder Schedule:On-site,Mon-Fri Salary:$90,000 - $110,000/yr,dependingonexperience,withflexibilityfortherightcandidateType:DirectHirewithbenefitsResponsibilities:Fileaccurateandtimelycustomsentries,ensuringproperdispatchofcargoandfollow-uponproofofdelivery.Monitorbillingprocessestoensuretimelyandcorrectinvoicingforshipments.EnsurecompliancewithU.S.governmentagencyregulations,corporatestandards,andcustomerSOPs.Troubleshootandresolveoperationalandbillingissuesrelatedtocustomsclearance.Maintainknowledgeofdepartmentalfunctions,includingbilling,ISF,andcustomscompliance.Collaboratewithinternalteamstoensureefficientcustomsprocessing.Attendcustomermeetingstoaddresscustoms-relatedconcernsandprovidecomplianceguidance.Conductentryandbillingauditstomaintainaccuracyandcompliance.Qualifications:ActiveCustomsBrokerLicenserequired.StrongknowledgeofU.S.customsregulations,tariffclassification,andentryprocedures.Experienceincustomsentryprocessingandtroubleshootingcomplianceissues.Excellentattentiontodetailandabilitytoprioritizetasksinafast-pacedenvironment.Strongcommunicationskillsandabilitytocoordinatewithinternalandexternalstakeholders.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $90,000.00 - $110,000.00Job SummaryJob number: Profession: Other PrideStaff
