Pay: $2,000 to $2,180 per week
Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

About the Position

• Assist and supervise daily nursing activities throughout the assigned shift.
• Provide and coordinate quality nursing care for long-term care residents.
• Ensure nursing practices comply with current  Federal, State, and local regulations .
• Monitor resident care and ensure appropriate nursing interventions are provided.
• Supervise nursing activities and support staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate resident needs, changes in condition, and care updates to the appropriate healthcare team.
• Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing to maintain the highest standards of resident care.

Requirements

• Active  RN license
• LTC/SNF experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to supervise and coordinate nursing activities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced long-term care environment
• Must comply with facility, state, and federal requirements.
