Position: Night Manager

Join City Wide Facility Solutions as a Night Manager , where your leadership will ensure our clients enjoy a clean and well-maintained environment. This role involves overseeing the quality of janitorial services during the night shift while managing a team of independent contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and inspect cleaning operations to ensure compliance with client standards.
• Communicate effectively with the day management team regarding any issues, complaints, or special requests.
• Support the training and development of janitorial staff to enhance performance and quality of service.
• Prepare and manage nightly reports on service quality, addressing any deficiencies promptly.
• Establish effective relationships with clients and contractors to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably within the janitorial service or facilities management sector.
• Skills: Strong leadership abilities, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using computer systems for reporting and management purposes.
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.

Hourly pay rate of $18–$20/hour , with shift differential for 3rd shift work.
