A Physical Therapist specializing in Outpatient services is needed for a position based in Silver Spring, Maryland. This outpatient role involves evaluating and developing treatment plans for patients, providing therapy services, and participating in professional development activities. Candidates are required to bring their active license on the first day of work.
Job Details:
- Location: Silver Spring, Maryland
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; active/applicable license for the State of Maryland; CPR Certification; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified
- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: Evaluates patients, develops and implements treatment plans, documents medical records in compliance with state and federal guidelines, participates in student programs, and pursues ongoing professional development. Candidates must adhere to the State Practice Act and maintain licensure in good standing. The role emphasizes patient and staff safety, organizational performance improvement, and professional behavior.
