Job Summary Team Lead – In‑Store Sales Lead at BJ's Wholesale Club 152, East Point, GA 30344. Full‑time, 4–5 day schedule (including weekends). Base pay $20/hr plus lead commissions. First year average earnings $50K‑$60K. Next day pay available through DailyPay. Key Responsibilities Promote the client’s flooring solutions in the assigned warehouse retail location. Showcase interactive flooring solutions and communicate effectively with customers. Schedule in‑home measurement and product consultation appointments for residential customers. Educate customers about flooring options and benefits. Accurately document and report activities, share best practices, and collect customer feedback. Present information about the client’s products and services in a compelling manner. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment‑setting targets. Assist in training, onboarding, and development of team members. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. 12+ months of retail selling experience in home improvement or related field, preferably flooring sales. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, weekends, and holidays. Strong customer‑service orientation, warm, self‑motivated, outgoing, and enthusiastic. Excellent consultative selling skills that overcome objections and align with customer needs. Independence and adaptability in an unstructured work environment. Reliable transportation and a personal cellphone with a working number. Proficiency with technology, including computers, smartphones, and digital tools.
