Job Summary Financial Services Representative I – entry‑level role in the Life Services team at Merrill Contact Center. Focus on phone‑based servicing of brokerage accounts, building client relationships, and facilitating the transition of deceased account assets. Key Responsibilities Deliver point‑of‑call servicing and resolution on brokerage accounts. Identify client needs and refer appropriate sales opportunities. Provide exceptional client care and grow relationships. Support the life‑services process: take initial notification calls, assist with documentation, and guide beneficiaries through logistics. Handle inbound and outbound calls and process related documents. Qualifications Client‑focused with a passion for excellence. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑moving environment. Effective communicator with sales and relationship‑management aptitude. Strong computer skills and ability to identify clients’ needs and recommend solutions. Willingness to learn and build a long‑term career in financial services.
