Business Analyst (BA)

Support financial and regulatory initiatives by eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements, with strong communication and data understanding.

Key responsibilities include:

• Gather and clearly document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and support downstream testing
• Work closely with data and reporting teams to understand data flows and dependencies
• Support projects across financial, regulatory, or reconciliation-focused domains
• Communicate clearly with both business and technical audiences

Required background includes:

• Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience
• Strong financial background (regulatory reporting, reconciliation, GL, or related)
• Experience working in financial services environments
• Ability to articulate end-to-end BA approach (requirements ? testing ? delivery)

Nice-to-haves include:

• SQL or data querying background
• Regulatory reporting exposure
• Experience supporting data supply chain or reporting platforms

• Certifications are not required; practical experience matters most
