Procurement Coordinator Location: West Palm Beach, FL Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $117,500.00 yearly Position Summary: Supports the execution of day-to-day procurement activities, ensuring efficient and compliant purchasing of goods and services. Partners with internal stakeholders to define procurement requirements and specifications. Confers with vendors to obtain product or service information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule. Selects products for purchase by testing, observing, or examining items. Estimates asset values and prepares requisitions and purchase orders. Ensures compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, or related field. Experience in procurement or purchasing functions. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency with procurement software and Microsoft Office suite. Ability to analyze pricing data, prepare reports, and maintain vendor records.
