Registered Nurse - ICU

Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families, develop and coordinate care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required), Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred). Demonstrates compassionate patient interactions, promotes safety, and coordinates care effectively. Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills are essential.
