Family Medicine Physician Onsite | Buckeye, AZ HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Family Medicine Physician to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this physician-level primary care role. This position requires a physician who is clinically versatile, patient-focused, and capable of delivering comprehensive care across all age groups, including pediatric populations. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and preventive care needs Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient outcomes Deliver pediatric care alongside adult patient management Educate patients and families on preventive care and long-term health management Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within EMR systems Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of care Required Qualifications (Highly Important) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Active Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain) Demonstrated experience treating pediatric and adult patient populations Strong competency managing acute and chronic conditions across all ages Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation Strong communication and patient engagement skills Stable and consistent clinical work history Authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued) Experience in community-based or mission-driven healthcare environments Ability to manage a diverse patient panel efficiently Strong preventive care and patient education focus Experience working in collaborative, team-based care models HireNow Disqualifiers Jumpy or unstable employment history Lack of Family Medicine board certification/eligibility No experience treating pediatric patients Limited experience managing full-spectrum primary care Poor documentation or EMR proficiency Inability to collaborate effectively in team-based care environments HireNow Checklist Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician Experience treating both adult and pediatric populations Strong clinical ability in acute and chronic care management Comfortable managing full patient panels independently Strong EMR documentation and compliance practices Consistent and stable employment history Effective communicator with a patient-first approach Standout Candidates Include Physicians with strong pediatric care experience Providers with community or underserved population experience Clinicians with strong preventive care and education focus Candidates experienced in collaborative care environments HireNow Package Salary: $210,000 – $250,000 base Location: Onsite in Buckeye Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays CME allowance Retirement plan Malpractice coverage HireNow Staffing Disclaimer All candidate information is handled confidentially and evaluated against defined requirements.
