Job Overview This position is responsible for developing and implementing market‑driven initiatives to increase enrollment. It involves building strong relationships with key growth partners, including health plans, brokers, and community‑based organizations, and collaborating with internal teams to support membership growth and customer service. The role supervises the field‑based marketing team to successfully meet and exceed production goals, provides training, shadowing, mentoring, and monitoring of staff activities, and models best practices to assist with team development and goal attainment. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in the related field instead of a degree. Active CA Insurance Health/Life License preferred. Five or more years of health care, managed care, or related marketing experience. Health Care background preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Compensation $68,640.00 – $85,800.00 annually Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change.
