Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in School Psychology, Psychology, or a related field
• Active Minnesota licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with elementary, middle, or high school populations
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, IEP development, and intervention strategies
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and interpret assessment data for students across various grade levels
• Develop, implement, and monitor appropriate interventions to support academic and social-emotional growth
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to design Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and support student success
• Provide direct counseling services to students as needed
• Participate in crisis intervention and prevention programs as part of a school-wide support system
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and legal requirements in school psychology
