Regional Sales Manager

About the Job
Mackenzie Stuart is partnered with a leading, fully integrated manufacturer of advanced filtration technology. Our client provides screen, disc, microfiber and media filtration to agricultural and industrial markets across the globe.
Following sustained growth, and continued investment, our client is now looking to find a Regional Sales Manager to control over a defined Southwestern territory encompassing Southern California, Arizona and Nevada.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with company targets.
- Identify and secure areas for new business development within the defined territory.
- Handle objections, queries and challenges raised by customers within the defined territory.
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships.
- Represent the company at trade shows and conferences when necessary.
- Prepare quotations, tenders and regional business plans.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records and pipeline activity.
- Co-ordinate with internal technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Your Profile
- At least 3 years' commercial experience in the water treatment industry.
- Proven track record of winning new business.
- Strong understanding of advanced water filtration technologies.
- Commercially driven, organized, and capable of managing priorities across a geographically diverse territory.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
