Shift: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• 12 months of acute care experience within the last 2 years.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System.

Additional Details:

Lab Completion: All health-related requirements and lab work must be completed within 5 calendar days of signing.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Required Skills/Experience: • Experience Required: Must be able to take own patient assignment, with the support of an RN; Acute Care experience within the last 2 years -Previous Charge Experience: Required

Unit Details: Medical patients – COPD exacerbation, infections, failure to thrive, social issues

Special Requests: • RTO/Block & Special Scheduling Requests: Must submit requests upon submission

Shift & Scheduling: Every Other Weekend Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed

• Floating: Will be required to float within skillset

Maximum consecutive days off: 10

2 references required from within the last 2 years
