Market Manager Imaging Services

Job Summary And Responsibilities The Market Manager of Imaging Services manages the application of diagnostic imaging technology and regulatory standards for the St. Rose Dominican Hospital system. Reporting to the Nevada Market Director of Radiology and Diagnostic, you will: Adopt, develop and apply policies, protocols and procedures to measure and improve the quality of diagnostic imaging services provided by different departments and improve customer satisfaction. Manage personnel through performance management, qualified staff selection and training, and effective communication. Lead three direct reports and a staff of approximately 190 FTEs. Manage the safety of diagnostic imaging service activities and create a safe environment for patients, staff and the public. Approximately 10% travel within the market. Job Requirements Minimum Education And Experience Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education and/or additional imaging-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree Three (3) years of diagnostic imaging experience Two (2) years of experience managing/supervising in a related imaging field Licensure And Certifications Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR) upon hire Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT (RTR) upon hire, or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) upon hire, or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) upon hire Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Training Complex, abstract problem solving capabilities to maintain system-wide functions Preferred Experience Five (5) years of diagnostic imaging experience Three (3) years of experience managing/supervising in a related imaging field Demonstrated experience in a complex hospital, acute care, trauma center or stroke center Knowledge and oversight of multiple imaging modalities (MRI, CT, Ultrasound, etc) Relocation assistance will be provided if applicable.
