Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics

Location: Rowlett, TX

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8-hour day shift with a guarantee of 36 hours, with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic, specializing in general orthopedics with some exposure to TMJ and vestibular disorders. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a diverse patient population and contributing to their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and provide treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions.
• Deliver high-quality therapy interventions to promote recovery and mobility.
• Manage patient caseload and document progress in compliance with facility standards.
• Meet productivity expectations, seeing an average of 12-14 patients per day with double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment, with occasional floating to nearby clinics as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas.
• No new grads; prior experience required.
• Previous travelers will not be accepted.
