What You'll Bring to the Role:

• Proven expertise in obstetric and gynecological care, including emergent GYN responsibilities
• Strong clinical skills with ability to handle Level III NICU cases
• Excellent decision-making and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with community backup providers and hospital staff

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in hospitalist or locum tenens roles
• Familiarity with rural or community hospital settings
• Additional certifications in obstetrics, gynecology, or neonatal care

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Prior experience in a hospital setting, especially in obstetrics and GYN emergencies

Other Requirements:

• Active medical license in California or ability to obtain one
• Valid DEA and BLS certifications
• Willingness to start on 12/31/2025
• No outpatient or clinic responsibilities; focus solely on inpatient OB/GYN care
• Travel reimbursement and licensure support available as needed
