AAAHC-accredited HHCC serves ~18,000 patients. Dedicated optometry clinic with two exam lanes, 12-14 patients/day.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive eye examinations, vision assessments, refractions
- Diagnose and manage ocular disease and refractive error
- Prescribe corrective lenses and ophthalmic medications
- Perform minor ocular procedures within scope
- Document in Government EHR/RPMS
Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) from accredited institution
- Current, active optometry license (any US state)
- Prescriptive authority for ophthalmic medications
- Experience in community health/Client preferred
Schedule
Monday-Friday, business hours. ~3 FTE positions available.
