Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse - $2,904 per week

Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Grand Island, Nebraska.

Job Description & Requirements

Shift: 8H Days plus call

**NEED 3'S AND 4'S in Neuro and experience in all service lines!!!! 

Experience or 'Must have' skills: Staff must be well versed on all surgical procedures since we don't have specialized teams for each service line

Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract* 

* RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated *

Certifications Required: BLS & ACLS*

Common Cases: Adults, geriatrics, Peds, Obstetric. Neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedic, GYN, general, Davinci robotics

OR techs: Yes

EMR: EPIC

Shifts & Scheduling : 0630-1500 // All staff are scheduled 5 days a week

Weeknight/Call Requirements: 1 night a week on call

Weekend/Call Requirements: Every 5th or 6th weekend (Sat/Sun) on call

Holiday/Call Requirements: Rotating holiday call

Floating Requirements: Pre/Post op, PACU if trained, ER for trauma cases

Scrub Color/Dress Code: Provided
