R3 Coater Operator Day

Position: Day Shift Machine Operator Shift: 7am-7pm Overview: We are seeking a reliable and skilledMachine Operatorto join our 3rd shift team. This role is responsible for converting paper rolls into high-quality paperboard sheets while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards. Key Responsibilities: Convert large paper rolls into paperboard sheets using sheeter machinery. Adjust machine settings such astemperature, speed, and pressureto meet product specifications. Monitor production systems and quickly identify, troubleshoot, and correct defects. Perform basic machine maintenance and report mechanical issues to the maintenance team. Load and unload paper rolls as needed for production. Follow all companysafety procedures and regulationsto maintain a safe work environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: Understanding of basicmanufacturing processes. Strongtroubleshooting skillsand ability to make quick, accurate decisions. Ability toread a tape measureand use basic hand tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
