What You'll Do

You will help keep our community running smoothly by:

• Completing resident service requests
• Assisting with community and grounds upkeep
• Handling apartment turns, punch lists, and make-ready tasks
• Performing general plumbing and general electrical repairs
• Communicating clearly and professionally with residents and team members

You'll succeed here if you're detail-oriented, reliable, and able to stay steady and composed even on busy days.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous apartment maintenance experience
• Ability to work as part of a team with a positive, "can-do" attitude
• Commitment to providing high-quality, detail-focused work
• Willingness to participate in shared on-call responsibilities
• Weekend availability when needed
