As a trusted Service Advisor, you will be the liaison between the customer and the service department, scheduling appointments, reviewing service history, relaying important information about vehicle maintenance and repairs to customers, and providing accurate cost estimates. What We Are Looking For Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, Service Consultant, or Luxury Automotive Service Advisor. Lexus or Toyota dealership experience is preferred; experienced Service Advisors from other automotive brands are encouraged to apply. Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance recommendations, repair processes, and customer communication. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills. Ability to build trust, explain repair recommendations clearly, and provide accurate estimates. Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset.
